At the Ministry of Education, I support the Digital Literacy Programme by helping teachers use digital literacy devices and integrate ICT into teaching, learning, assessment, and reporting.
I provide first-line support and maintenance of ICT services in schools, and support the safe, secure, and ethical use of technology in learning.
Previously, as an ICT Attachee at Vihiga County Government, I refurbished PC systems and peripherals, installed software and upgrades, and resolved network and printer issues. At Mudete Tea Factory - KTDA, I created reporting spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and maintained database records.
