At CVS Health, I oversee store operations, customer service, inventory, cash deposits, compliance workflows, and issue triage to help customers receive optimal care.

I delegate daily work, manage store systems and projects, and use ticket systems and knowledge bases to resolve problems efficiently. I bring a strong focus on accessible, personalized treatment and helping people from diverse backgrounds.

Previously at Dollar Tree, I supported customers in a fast-paced environment, handled cash and card transactions, maintained store safety and presentation, and adapted to changing procedures.

As Student Council President for the School District of Philadelphia, I advocated for students with school administrators, legislators, and city officials. I'm pursuing a BS in Psychological and Social Sciences at Pennsylvania State University and am motivated by creating nurturing, inclusive environments.
