What I'm looking for
I’m a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office operator with 5+ years building corporate infrastructure, running org-wide OKR/AOP cycles, and launching new business lines from zero-to-one in consumer-internet gaming. At Gameskraft, I helped scale a 50+ person corporate function build while keeping governance execution tight and measurable.
In my IPO and investor-readiness work, I co-led financial workstreams and investor engagement—partnering directly with founders and bankers to deliver investor-grade collateral, 3–5 year financial models, KPI architecture, audit/data-room preparation, and governance upgrades. I owned FY26 AOP end-to-end across corporate functions and business lines, translating founder priorities into function-level commitments with a consistent quarterly review cadence.
I’ve also shaped leadership operating rhythms—building the leadership review playbook and running leadership cadence (town halls, connects, and strategic alignment forums). From launching “India’s first offline Rummy League” (player experience, scoring/leaderboards, and real-time interaction flow) to building the corporate backbone from zero at the org level, I focus on execution discipline, cross-functional clarity, and outcomes that hold up under scrutiny.
