I'm currently an Operations Lead at Aspen Dental, where I run front-office workflows, lead morning huddles, manage schedules, verify insurance, present financing options, and train new front-desk hires.
At Smile Design Dentistry, I opened and closed the practice while managing treatment plans, patient payments, insurance breakdowns, claims, lab cases, accounts receivable, deposits, and Dentrix workflows.
