At NEXIA AGENCY, I coordinated client delivery and internal workstreams across employees and contractors. I managed onboarding for an e-commerce client and coordinated brand launches from Shopify setup through specialist handoffs.
I built and evolved the team’s ClickUp operating system, including project structures, recurring workflows, automations, dashboards and SOPs. I also used ClickUp AI, n8n, Make and Zapier to improve recurring coordination.
At EIS NETWORKS / SONGA MOBILITY, I managed sustainable mobility project workstreams from planning through pilot execution. For a last-mile dairy route aggregation pilot, I coordinated route mapping, driver sourcing, collection protocols and partner activities.
Earlier, I coordinated technology and product workstreams as a Project Coordinator Intern at GOCABOO TECHNOLOGIES and day-to-day operations at GREATWALL CONSTRUCTION. I also founded and operated a business during my undergraduate studies, managing customers, operations and commercial decisions.
