What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex product problems through evidence-led design, rapid learning and close collaboration with Product and Engineering. I value opportunities to explore AI-assisted experiences while giving users clarity, trust and control.

I've grown from Junior UX Designer to Senior UX Designer at Genio, designing web and mobile products used by students and institutions. I work across Genio Notes, Genio Admin and Genio Present from discovery through delivery and iteration.

I led Genio Present from discovery to launch, achieving a 93.6 SUS score in alpha and external recognition from the EdTech Digest Cool Tool Awards. I also designed an AI-assisted study feature that reached 2,526 monthly active users in six weeks, and Scribble, a cross-platform handwriting experience used by 13,294 students in the past year.

I use qualitative research, usability testing, product analytics and interactive prototyping to make ambiguous problems actionable. I've helped evolve Genio's design system and WCAG 2.2 remediation, work closely with engineers through implementation, and support junior designers through critique and coaching.
