At Asure Pro, I recruited and managed a 24-member engineering team while advising the CEO on capacity planning and delivery priorities. I led analysis, architecture and handover for HRM, OCR, ERP and digital-platform modules.

I designed commerce workflows for buying, selling, liquidation and exchange, and integrated OnePay, BIDV and J&T; Express for payment, banking and shipment operations. I also introduced AI-assisted coding, testing, review and documentation practices with human approval gates.

At FPT, I delivered features for a US healthcare insurance platform, including eligibility verification, claims processing and health-plan management. My work also included contributing to a Patient 360 view, applying MDM practices, and designing an AI-assisted translation workflow for multilingual healthcare content.
