What I'm looking for

I seek a technical leadership role where I can design scalable .NET systems, mentor engineers, work cross-functionally, and apply machine-vision integrations in a collaborative, improvement-focused culture.

I am a Full-stack Developer and IT Manager with 10+ years building enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Blazor, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL. I focus on backend development, scalable system design, and leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

At Standards Units Supply Vietnam I designed and implemented a modular ERP using DDD and layered architecture across HRM, CRM, sales, inventory, production, and reporting, and introduced BPMN to improve business process visibility. I built Blazor interfaces with Syncfusion components and collaborated with machine vision and hardware teams using Halcon for .NET.

I have hands-on experience with microservices concepts, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS), and a strong emphasis on clean code, testing practices, and cross-functional collaboration. I seek to contribute technical leadership, system architecture expertise, and continuous improvement to impactful engineering teams.
