What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue handling complex immigration and legal matters where I can draft strong filings, conduct thorough research, support clients directly, and contribute to effective case strategy.

At Hiscock Legal Aid Society, I manage a high-volume immigration caseload spanning family-based immigration, asylum, VAWA, SIJS, U visas, T visas, adjustment of status, and naturalization.

I draft petitions, motions, legal memoranda, declarations, RFE responses, and supporting documents for USCIS and other government agencies. I also prepare EB-1 extraordinary-ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, building petition letters, affidavits, and evidence to demonstrate eligibility.

Previously, at Okonjo, Odiawa & Ebie, I supported civil litigation, human rights, employment, commercial, and regulatory matters through legal research, client interviews, pleadings, contracts, and hearing preparation.

My background also includes commercial agreements, procurement contracts, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, document review, and contract administration. I bring legal research, drafting, case management, and client communication to each matter.
