What I'm looking for

I am an experienced supervisor with a BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and a strong background in retail operations, loan recovery, and customer care. I focus on driving performance through clear processes and hands-on team leadership.

I have overseen sales teams, cashiers, and stock staff, managed budgets and inventory controls, implemented loss-prevention strategies, conducted employee evaluations, and trained new hires while collaborating on KPI strategies.
