I’m looking for a team where I can help clients through clear policy education, consistent follow-up, and organized documentation. I want fast-paced work with strong communication, reliable support, and room to grow while contributing to team success.

I’m a dependable, motivated professional with experience in life insurance sales, medical office administration, patient care support, customer service, cash handling, and insurance verification. I build client relationships by explaining coverage options clearly and maintaining accurate, well-organized records.

In my current role as a Life and Financial Service Agent, I conduct virtual Zoom interviews to discuss life insurance and financial service needs. I prospect and follow up consistently, explain policy options based on clients’ needs, submit applications accurately, and provide ongoing support to nurture long-term relationships.

Before that, I served as a Medical Assistant / Receptionist, supporting a busy practice with front office and clinical help. I checked in patients, updated information in EMR, assisted with insurance verification, answered multi-line phones, scheduled appointments, and helped triage patient concerns while keeping everything running smoothly.

I also strengthened my customer service and operational reliability as a Murphy’s USA Cashier / Shift Lead. I processed transactions accurately, balanced registers, resolved customer concerns professionally, and supported daily store workflow—skills I carry into every client interaction.
