I’m looking for full-time or part-time work and can work UK or US hours when required.

At Kat's Breakfast and Milkshakes, I managed online and in-person operations, responding to enquiries, confirming WhatsApp and phone orders, resolving complaints, and coordinating deliveries. I completed approximately 150 orders for 45–50 customers and built a repeat customer base of 12.

I also recorded sales and expenses, purchased supplies, managed inventory, and scheduled production. I created social media content and marketed the business, growing its page to approximately 1,500 followers.
