I'm looking to lead healthcare compliance, operations, reimbursement, and regulatory strategy where I can translate complex requirements into practical, sustainable growth and responsible governance.

I lead compliance and operations for a molecular oncology laboratory while advising executive leadership and Boards on regulatory strategy, reimbursement, organizational risk, and operational decisions. My work translates CMS and federal healthcare requirements into practical frameworks across CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, AKS, Stark Law, Medicare, billing, coding, and multi-state laboratory operations.

Over 24+ years, I've led laboratory compliance and HIPAA privacy at BioReference Health and NeoGenomics Laboratories, including direct regulatory engagement with CMS and FDA. I also founded Good Grief Rochester, a no-cost peer grief-support nonprofit, where I build programs, partnerships, governance, and sustainable community impact.
