I managed the retrospective monitoring portfolio, with $600,000–800,000 in client contracts annually. I also designed and executed annual audit and monitoring plans, led teams of live monitors, and delivered dashboard and CAPA reports.
I managed federal and state transparency reporting for 18+ clients, ensuring on-time submissions and helping identify data gaps. I also developed data collection plans and trained employees on monitoring methods and Access database transparency tools.
