I’m looking for a payroll role where I can deliver compliant, high-volume payroll with accuracy and strong customer care. I want a team that values continuous improvement, clear communication, and confidentiality—where my problem-solving and reporting skills can directly reduce discrepancies.

I’m a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in end-to-end payroll processing for large organisations, backed by strong knowledge of Australian compliance, awards, and legislative requirements. I’m known for delivering accurate, timely results while maintaining confidentiality and excellent employee customer care.

In my current role as a Payroll Consultant (Health Support Services, WA Health System), I execute payroll activities against deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and handle overpayments through appropriate channels. I process backpays, calculate tax and superannuation, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and employee entitlements.

I also strengthen payroll accuracy through systems and data quality practices, including using Lattice for payroll transactions and maintaining RoStar entries by verifying shifts, leave, overtime, and recalls before cut-off. I analyse reports and audits using databases like Datawarehouse, and I collaborate with other teams to coordinate solutions to complex issues.

Before payroll, I built leadership and operational experience in public health surveillance, including leading COVID-19 contact tracing teams and supporting policy development and education programs. I’ve coached multidisciplinary teams, ensured data quality and compliance with organisational and state guidelines, and championed continuous quality improvement, safe work practices, and equitable stakeholder engagement.
