What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a payroll/accounting role where I can own end-to-end processing, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support—using QuickBooks/MYOB/Xero/SAP and Excel to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes.

I’m a detail-oriented finance professional with 3.5+ years of end-to-end accounting and payroll experience. I focus on accuracy in general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, month-end reporting, and compliance support during external audits.

In my current role as a Payroll Specialist, I manage end-to-end processing of wages, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles. I prepare and reconcile general ledger journals and month-end data for timely close processes, and I liaise directly with external auditors during audits.

I also handle statutory contributions, benefits, and salary packaging while maintaining a strong audit trail. I manage the employee lifecycle in the finance system and resolve financial queries with high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

I’m currently completing my CPA certification and bring strong reporting skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) across QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, and SAP.
