What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can build relationships, deliver strong service, use communication skills, and grow through fast-paced teamwork.

I've served more than 1,000 guests at Buddies Pub and Grill by accurately understanding customer needs and delivering attentive service.

I build long-term customer relationships through authenticity, contributing to increased sales while working effectively in fast-paced environments.

Previously, I balanced restaurant service and room deliveries at Zhender’s Splash Village, using reservation, phone, and point-of-sale systems to manage orders and payments.

At Columbia Sportswear, I processed shipments, supported store stocking and product placement, and helped drive rewards-program participation to more than 50% of transactions.
