What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote position that lets me keep building my account management/customer success career abroad in Milan, growing in an international setting and supporting customers with clear communication and strong results.

I recently graduated as a Junior Account Manager (bilingual) from Nova College in Haarlem, where I focused on international business, customer relations and influencing customer behavior. I completed my second internship at REboutique in Milan, a student housing company, strengthening my account management skills in an international setting.

Now that I’ve graduated, I’m eager to continue growing professionally while based in Milan. I bring a versatile, independent, and creative approach, stay calm under pressure, and focus on getting things right through great client communication and administrative support.
