What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply system-level product judgment to fast-growing, remote-first AI products, building scalable experiences that improve activation, retention, and customer outcomes.

At HP, I own product strategy for an AI-powered customer support chatbot serving more than 2 million monthly active users across 14 languages. I launched HP's first automated repair solution, growing portal MAU by 300%.

I turn customer feedback, product data, and technical tradeoffs into shipped experiences. I've designed agentic workflows that transform raw feedback into technical requirements, while defining authentication APIs, cloud integrations, and cross-functional operating systems.

Previously at Intuit's QuickBooks Time, I designed a purchase and provisioning experience projected to increase revenue by 20% and launched the platform's first self-service resource chatbot, reducing internal support volume by 20%. I also improved enterprise sign-in through passwordless authentication and mapped B2B API integrations with ADP.

My earlier work at Apple managed the digital supply chain for Apple Podcasts and iTunes Internet Radio across 155 global storefronts. I'm applying system-level product judgment to fast-growing, remote-first AI products.
