Most recently, at C. Hoare & Co., I partnered with the Technology & Transformation leadership team to recover and reset an Identity & Access Management programme. I established governance and delivery structures, and supported a proof of concept integrating Jira Service Management, Power Automate, Azure Hybrid Worker, Active Directory and Entra ID.
