I’m looking to lead complex enterprise separation and post-merger integration programmes—especially in regulated environments—where I can own Day 1/Day 2 readiness, multi-vendor governance, and board-level risk control across cloud, identity, infrastructure, and applications.

I’m an M&A IT programme leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise separations, post-merger integration, and complex technology transformation across global, highly regulated organisations. I combine strong technical fluency across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and applications with executive governance and cross-functional programme leadership in multi-vendor settings.

Most recently, I led concurrent IT separation programmes supporting a wider divestiture strategy, with responsibility for 500+ application transitions and 800+ IT assets. I drove zero unplanned downtime across Day 1 and Day 2 cutovers by building board-ready governance, C-suite RAID dashboards, steering committee reporting packs, and migration runbooks that enabled clear decision-making and risk control.

Earlier in my career, I moved from data and service delivery into business and digital transformation, including BI/analytics roadmaps and enterprise programme delivery across multi-country stakeholders and large user bases. As Head of IT for a UK-based B2B retailer, I led IT strategy, infrastructure modernisation, ERP improvement, and digital commerce enablement—delivering measurable outcomes like a 25% uplift in online sales and ~40% reductions in integration errors through iPaaS integration.
