What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people with confidential, detail-strong intake work and bilingual communication, while using calm, patient-focused service and strong coordination skills to help programs succeed.

I’m an Intake Specialist focused on accurate, confidential juvenile assessments and decision support. In my current role with the Juvenile Court of New Orleans, I conduct intake screenings, enter court records and case data, and collaborate closely with judges to support release or detention decisions for public safety.

My background blends public-facing care with operational responsibility. As a Traveling Medical Consultant Assistant, I greeted and supported event attendees, took vital signs (including blood pressure), and helped the medical team with both administrative tasks and direct patient support.

I bring bilingual communication and community-centered experience as well. During my internship in the FINS Program/Juvenile Court, I screened parents and juveniles for eligibility, conducted intake calls and scheduled appointments, and translated court documents from English to Spanish—while also helping organize community outreach events.

Alongside this, I’ve built leadership and coordination skills through roles in construction support and event management, including progressing from Junior Laborer to Assistant Site Supervisor. As Founder | Devanti New Orleans, I’ve led a community-focused initiative around home renovations, maintained client contracts, and reinforced quality through reliable coordination and follow-through.
