Over the past 22years, my passion for nursing has provided me with the opportunity to grow—from a bedside RN to running the clinical care operations as the hospital supervisor. I currently manage the day to day clinical care operations of the hospital, ensuring aeffective, efficient and safe environment for patients and staff.
As an RN manager, I’ve managed up to 30 direct reports and led daily activities of staff attendance, job performance and on the job education for telemetry/ medical surgery units. I bring strong clinical instruction, patient monitoring and observation, medication administration, and experience as a Charge RN and preceptor to support quality acute care and team performance.
