What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical leadership role where I can mentor staff, improve patient outcomes, coordinate care across teams, and grow in supervisory responsibilities.

I am a compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in acute care and behavioral health, delivering patient-centered care and leading multidisciplinary teams. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing and certifications including Basic Life Support and EMT training.

At Vidant Medical Center and ECU Health, I developed care plans, administered medications, performed wound care and catheter management, and assumed Charge Nurse and House Supervisor responsibilities. I have led shift briefings, coordinated with physicians and departments, and supported staff through orientation and mentorship.
