What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-focused clinical role where I can use emergency and telemetry skills, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-driven team.

I am a dedicated RN with a BSN and over two years of clinical experience across emergency, urgent care, telemetry, and med-surg settings. I have a proven record of prioritizing patient safety, stabilizing critically ill patients, initiating nurse-driven protocols, mentoring new nurses, and improving procedural skills such as IV insertion and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
