What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead nursing teams in oncology or clinical operations where I can strengthen safe, high-quality patient outcomes through staff education, process improvement, and effective cross-department collaboration.

I’m a Nurse Manager in Radiation Oncology, accountable for directing, implementing, and evaluating quality patient care. I lead and manage nursing and front-end staff, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and serve as an acting liaison between nursing and medical teams to solve problems and drive positive change.

Previously, I worked in Revenue Integrity Managed Care as a Senior Nurse Auditor, using clinical audit/validation to identify charge capture and documentation gaps—resulting in $18 million recovered in 2017. I’ve also supervised clinical operations at a 110-bed skilled nursing facility and served as a Per Diem Director of Nursing, bringing a consistent focus on patient safety, teaching, and process improvement.
