At mStreet Fiber Memphis, I lead an $800M+ private investment initiative to build a Fiber-To-The-Premises network serving Memphis residents, businesses, and institutions. I’m accountable for P&L and operations, and I lead partnerships focused on expanding broadband access and digital inclusion.

At LeMoyne-Owen College, I directed technology and operations and helped establish a Technology Innovation and Research Center with Microsoft. Earlier, I led infrastructure and IT services for organizations including the City of Memphis, where I directed a data center migration to a virtual environment and built an Oracle ERP team that reduced payroll processing time by 75%.
