At VINNELL ARABIA, I directed planning and implementation across multi-aircraft fleets and developed procedures that clarified ownership and handoffs. Earlier, I oversaw maintenance planning and scheduling for a 32-aircraft fleet that sustained a 97% mission-capable rate.
