I've led resource management, service delivery, and drilling operations at SLB across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, and the United States. I currently manage resources for multiple clients, lead teams, oversee a yearly budget exceeding USD 30 million, and improve material cost efficiency and local parts availability.
Previously, I managed nine drilling rigs generating USD 20 million annually, introduced new technology in Saudi Arabia, led SAP migration and PowerApps/Power BI solutions, and managed more than 200 field and workshop personnel.
