I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end civil and telecom infrastructure delivery—combining technical due diligence, milestone-driven execution, and stakeholder management to achieve measurable quality, safety, and schedule outcomes.

I’m a Civil Engineer turned senior project manager with 27 years of international experience in project management, construction management, and wireless telecommunications infrastructure—across public and military contexts. I’m at my best in fast-paced, unpredictable, and stressful environments, bringing strong interpersonal and team leadership to every delivery.

Since 21 Aug 2023, I’ve been a Civil Works - Subject Matter Expert at Solutions by STC, providing technical guidance to internal teams on civil engineering aspects of network projects such as mobile sites and data centers. I support planning, design, and execution to the highest quality standards, while ensuring alignment with internal and stakeholder requirements.

Previously, as Project Manager at Tawal (May 2021–20 Aug 2023) and Due Diligence Assistant Project Manager at Tawal (Mar 2019–May 2021), I led due diligence and project delivery for 600+ and then 14,000+ tower sites, including RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, asset audit, inventory coding, asset tagging, and KPI-driven reporting. I’ve also managed rollout work for national-security related tower sites as Civil Works Regional Rollout Manager and improved civil infrastructure inspection outcomes by reducing defects by 70%.
