I’m a Customer Support and Live Chat specialist with 4 years of experience in direct sales, online marketing, and client communication at Oriflame Nigeria. I handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and drive sales through chat, calls, and social media.

In my role as an Independent Consultant & Online/Offline Marketer, I respond to questions via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person about products, pricing, and orders. I manage customer relationships with follow-ups to support satisfaction and repeat purchases, while keeping accurate records of orders, payments, and customer feedback.

I also promote products through social media, direct messages, and offline events to grow my client base, and I train new consultants on product knowledge, sales pitches, and customer service. I’m known as a strong communicator and fast typer, and I stay comfortable working both online and offline.
