What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters growth, values teamwork, and allows me to leverage my public health expertise.

I am a results-driven professional with a robust background in public health, customer service, and leadership. My experience spans project coordination, client relationship management, and workforce performance management. I have demonstrated expertise in medical laboratory science and health management, which has equipped me with strong communication and problem-solving skills. I thrive in both medical and remote work environments, where I can leverage my leadership abilities to drive team success.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Team Leader at Influx, where I lead coaching and performance feedback for client teams, manage workforce performance, and coordinate onboarding processes. My previous roles have included customer support positions, where I utilized various platforms to enhance customer interactions and support. I take pride in my ability to train and onboard new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet client needs.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my contributions, including multiple Employee of the Month awards at Influx and the Most Outstanding Sales Executive award at Medix East Africa. I am passionate about personal development and continuously seek opportunities to grow and enhance my skills in the public health sector.
