What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach French or support clients directly—using my bilingual communication, leadership, and problem-solving to deliver tailored service in a respectful, high-expectation environment.

I’m a bilingual French teacher who brings a “positive intellectual approach” to every lesson, helping students grow from beginners to advanced in reading, writing, speaking, and French culture. I maintain professionalism in high-pressure settings and consistently meet deadlines while keeping learning engaging and structured.

In addition to teaching, I’ve worked as a French/English interpreter for physicians, bank customers, and court cases—where my focus is on listening closely, assessing needs, and delivering clear, tailored communication. I’m also experienced in resolving customer service issues promptly to protect client satisfaction and loyalty.

Earlier in my career, I supported organizations through roles across finance, contact centers, and nonprofits, including loan counseling, plan tech support, and benefits administration.
