What I'm looking for
I’m a Project Coordinator who blends coordination, customer retention work, and technical support to keep operations moving smoothly. My experience spans Airtel retention and Sun Direct TV support, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining strong customer outcomes.
From February 2021 to April 2025, I worked as a Project Coordinator at Skytele tech, bringing a hands-on approach to day-to-day coordination. Along the way, I strengthened my ability to manage workflows and support teams across retention and support activities.
Before that, I spent two years in technical support at Qualtech for Sun Direct TV (July 2017 to June 2019). I then worked in retention process roles for Airtel DTH at Om innovation (February 2015 to April 2017), building deep familiarity with the retention process and customer service expectations.
I’ve also added sales experience through website sales at Weblink (June 2019 to January 2021), where I supported website sales process work. I’m excited to bring this combined background—coordination, retention, technical support, and sales—into a role where I can contribute immediately and keep growing.
