I’m looking for a role where I can support sales operations and marketing through reporting, customer relationship management, and digital marketing—using my Excel, data, and analytics skills to improve results and customer experience.

I’m a Business Administration (Marketing) graduate with over 2 years of experience across sales operations, administration, marketing, and customer service. I bring a strong understanding of business operations supported by hands-on work in agricultural, wholesale/retail, and consultancy environments.

In my recent roles at Smallholder Farmers Fertilizer Revolving Fund (SFFRFM), I’ve supported weekly sales and stock balance reporting from satellite depots, verified stock movements with Regional Business Managers, and helped correct reporting errors. I also handled operational and administrative tasks like organizing documents and preparing travel plans.

As a Sales Clerk, I conducted sales of fertilizer and Maize seeds under the FISP program, managed fertilizer receipt and storage, and maintained up-to-date stock records. I also took charge of satellite depot operations, including making administrative decisions for security guards and porters, and advised customers on the right fertilizers and application methods.

Across marketing and consultancy experience, I conducted market research, built customer databases using Microsoft Excel, and supported digital marketing by managing social media platforms and Facebook Ads.
