What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in logistics/administration where I can manage orders, verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and support customers with strong communication and consistent reporting.

I’m a self-motivated professional with integrity and a sound common-sense approach, and I bring experience in administrative management supported by strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team work.

In logistics, I prepare purchase documents for approval, follow up orders from suppliers until delivery, and ensure FIFO and LIFO procedures are followed. I also check and verify invoices before submitting to customers, while conducting daily and monthly reports to keep operations on track.

In accounts, I confirm payments and record them in the system, deposit payments into customer accounts, and sign and release paid orders. I reconcile outstanding reports, write day-to-day petty cash, and balance accounts everyday while preparing sales reports.

I also support sales and customer service by answering inquiries via phone, emails or chat, addressing customer complaints, and providing information about products. With CILT training in logistics, transport, and supply chain topics, I’m eager to apply that strategic and practical foundation to reliable business operations.
