At Accenture, I established the strategic roadmap for Agentic AI templates in Procure to Pay and partnered with IT teams to develop proprietary intellectual property. I also contributed to testing and validating the platform.
For a global client, I created the design and worked with IT to deploy PTP Exception Concierge. I led the design and implementation of a PTP Assistant Chatbot using Agentic AI, enabling touchless transactions through a chatbot.
At WNS, I established and led the P2P practice, enhanced its offerings by integrating AI into intellectual property, and supported digital partnerships with platforms including Tradeshift, Coupa, Xelix, and Jiffy.ai. I also developed Invoice to Pay solutions for an Aerospace & Defence client with US ITAR requirements, managing the lifecycle from build to deployment.
Earlier at Hewlett Packard, I worked across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, and Sales Support. My work included SAP process design and automation, a Balance Sheet Review Tool, and the HP Autoflow program.
