I am a strategic delivery leader with 23+ years of global experience driving Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation across Fortune 500 enterprises. I have led cross-functional teams, managed ERP implementations (SAP-FI, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft), and delivered measurable business outcomes through process optimization.

I architect and implement digital transformation using process mining and analytics tools such as Celonis and Power BI, and I have integrated procurement platforms including Ariba, Basware, Coupa and Aestiva. I designed and deployed a CustomGPT AI assistant to automate vendor support and SOP guidance, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround times.

My delivery experience includes global ERP rollouts, procurement platform optimization, spend analysis, SLA governance and risk mitigation. I have led high-volume AP operations, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and executed initiatives such as payment rejection analytics, PO accrual automation and duplicate vendor clearance to improve compliance and accuracy.
