At SELCO Solar Light, I lead the design and delivery of large-scale renewable energy programs for rural areas through 50+ field branches. I also lead a cross-functional Special Projects team delivering innovative institutional renewable energy projects across India.

I've built CSR and institutional partnerships, negotiated MoUs, managed grants and program funds, and coordinated technical, product, finance, logistics, and field teams. My work includes strategy, revenue targets, tender-based projects, ODA-funded consortium engagements, impact assessments, donor reporting, and policy-aligned initiatives in education, healthcare, and livelihoods.

Previously, at NABARD Financial Services, I managed operations across districts in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, improving portfolio quality, implementing technology and MIS systems, developing NGO partnerships, and building district teams. I also worked on an IFAD and Government of Tamil Nadu project financing micro-enterprises.

I began my career at Thomson Reuters, contributing to development, testing, database maintenance, deployment, and L1/L2 support for the Guardian MIS Entitlements application. I bring experience across renewable energy, financial inclusion, public policy, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
