What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build my mid-career in program and partnerships management within an organisation that offers opportunities to develop into leadership roles.

I’ve led partnerships, resource mobilisation, and program governance across education, CSR, nonprofits, and infrastructure.

At Habitat for Humanity India, I managed 13 projects across three programs worth INR 15 crore and designed 25+ new client projects and CSR grant proposals. I developed budgets, tracked costs, managed risks, and built strategic partnerships across Karnataka.

At Youth For Seva, I set up a capacity-building unit, onboarded 80+ small and medium NGOs, and connected them with 20+ corporates for funds and manpower mobilisation. I also established project governance systems and supported change management and benefits realisation for social projects.

More recently, at Prayoga Institute of Educational Research, I planned resource-development strategy, built communication and proposal materials, and developed partnership pipelines. My experience also includes construction entrepreneurship and project and contracts management at GMR Group, where I helped reduce gravel-quarry costs by 25%, worth INR 85 million.
