I have managed multiple regional teams, led monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, and worked on decentralised, community-level energy interventions in Tamil Nadu and Odisha.

I hold a Master of Business Administration in Cooperative Collective Finance (Finance and Compliance Management) and a Bachelor of Business Administration, and I combine technical skills in data analysis and MS Excel with on-the-ground programme delivery and stakeholder engagement to drive measurable impact.
