I’m a Registered Nurse with 9+ years of emergency department experience, specializing in care coordination, utilization management, and transitions of care. I assess complex patient needs, identify gaps in care, and develop patient-centered plans that improve outcomes and reduce risk.

I’m strong in discharge planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration—translating clinical guidelines into appropriate utilization and continuity of care. I coordinate consults, referrals, and follow-up services, and I support safe transitions through clear documentation and timely handoffs.

In my day-to-day work, I perform triage and evaluate patient needs against clinical criteria, interpreting laboratory and diagnostic results to guide escalation when needed. I also use Epic EMR to maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.

As a Shift Supervisor, I managed patient flow, staffing, and operational efficiency, including developing and implementing a standardized room readiness checklist that improved workflow efficiency and reduced care delays. I’m currently pursuing an MSN-FNP and want to keep building toward advanced practice.
