I am a motivated, goal-oriented registered nurse with over seven years of emergency medicine experience and two years in a leadership role. I combine clinical expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

In my current role as Assistant Nurse Manager, I lead daily clinical assignments, coordinate patient care across a busy emergency department, and ensure documentation and compliance with care standards. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care and address treatment discrepancies.

Previously, as a staff RN in a 29+ bed emergency room, I managed high-acuity patients, educated families, and precepted new graduate nurses through orientation and performance feedback. I have hands-on experience with peer review and disciplinary processes to uphold best practices.

I maintain certifications including ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, and NRP, and I am passionate about applying clinical judgment to clinical appeals and claims review to improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance.
