What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an ED nursing role that leverages my acute-care skills, improves patient flow, emphasizes teamwork, and offers leadership growth while I complete my MHA.

I am an emergency department nurse with hands-on experience managing four-patient assignments in a high-acuity ED, identifying critical values, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and outcomes. I adapt quickly across clinical settings, having served in a float pool and performing floor-specific tasks while prioritizing patient acuity.

I am pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration while completing my BSN and hold CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. I bring strong time management, effective communication, leadership potential, and a commitment to community service through ongoing volunteer work.
