What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care—triaging effectively, developing care plans, and supporting teams through strong documentation, education, and compliance.

I’m a registered nurse with a strong track record in coordinating admissions, transfers, and ongoing care. I use supervision, delegation, and critical thinking to make decisions that keep my patients supported and safe.

Across roles including RN Coordinator, On-call Triage RN, and Assistant Director of Nursing, I complete MDS assessments and care plans, transcribe medical orders, and manage nursing care reporting and documentation. I provide patient and family education, compile reports for administration and managers, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

I’ve also led staffing and ensured adherence to mandatory trainings and competencies, providing counseling and remediation when needed. From medication administration and compliance audits to catheter changes, PICC line draws, and negative pressure dressing changes, I bring clinical rigor, calm triage, and effective leadership to every shift.
