Christopher Fernandez

I am a customer-focused support specialist with hands-on technical and operational experience across customer service, desktop support, and logistics roles. I bring a reliable, honest, and calm demeanor and I adapt quickly to new information and environments.

My background spans first- and second-line customer service, PC and laptop configurations, printer support (remote and on-site), and basic network management. I have completed a Cisco Certified Network Associate program and have practical experience providing deskside support and working in team-based operational roles.

I have hands-on experience in moving and driving logistics, dock work (loading/unloading), and marketing/ad campaign work, which demonstrates adaptability and a strong work ethic in both technical and physical environments. I pride myself on being punctual, assertive, and a fast learner who receives feedback constructively.

I am motivated to continue developing technical skills (including further language study) while pursuing creative interests like writing and graphic design. I seek roles where I can contribute to team success, continue learning, and apply both customer service and technical support strengths.

Currently I am learning about the Marketing and Ad world, with a heavy focus on AI Learning. This is being done for one of the largest social media companies in the world.
