What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support clients or customers responsibly, handle confidential information, and learn from experienced teammates—while using my organization, attention to detail, and clear communication to grow.

I recently earned a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Psychology and I’m eager to start my career while learning from others in the workplace. I bring a strong focus on attention to detail, organization, timeliness, and confidentiality—skills I use every day when handling sensitive information.

In my current role as an Intake Specialist at Castle Law, I handle intake calls with potential clients, fill out intake forms with confidential information, and take detailed notes on matters. I also communicate logistics and information with the legal team, making sure the process stays clear and accurate. Previously, I worked as a customer service team member where I took orders, served guests, and supported a pleasant experience through careful attention to detail. I also participated in a research seminar at Benedictine College—creating research questions, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results, and writing research reports—then presenting at Discovery Day.
