What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate programs and projects end-to-end, partner with diverse stakeholders, and use research + strong operations to expand access and opportunity for underrepresented communities.

I’m a program coordinator and researcher with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception through delivery across nonprofit, academic, and field environments. Trained in biological and cultural anthropology, I bring a humanist, community-centered approach to program design, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.

Right now, I’m a Co-Developer & Project Lead for an open-access “Primatology Student Resource Database,” leading development of a platform and social media app that connects students to career resources, field opportunities, and professional networks. I manage content architecture, stakeholder outreach, and the development roadmap as we build toward formal NGO status.

Previously, I coordinated a cross-national beta initiative for Funds to Finish (F2F), managing participant recruitment, onboarding, and progress reporting for 100+ participants across multiple universities. I also identified and resolved critical data integrity issues across thousands of records by building a centralized codebook and standardizing entry protocols to strengthen data governance.

I also help keep scholarly work moving through coordinated communications and documentation. As an Editorial & Production Coordinator for Primates in a Changing World (Oxford University Press), I served as the single point of contact across four authors and institutions, maintained weekly check-ins, and built centralized tracking systems for figures, copyright, and production questions—turning complexity into clear execution.
