Led development of an open-access platform and companion social app connecting students to primatology career resources, field opportunities, and professional networks. Owned content architecture, stakeholder outreach, and the development roadmap toward formal NGO status.

Managed stakeholder communications for a 4-author, multi-institution book project, coordinating weekly check-ins and tracking deliverables across a two-year timeline. Built and maintained centralized documentation for figures, copyright, and production questions to keep the manuscript-to-production process on schedule.

Secured approximately $3,000 in funding for research and professional development at UNCC and $1,500–$2,000 per field trip plus conference support at Tulane. Managed budgets, expense tracking, and reporting to departments and grant agencies, while contributing editorial support to two NSF proposals.

Designed and executed preliminary field research across three funded trips to Costa Rica. Presented findings through a departmental lecture and a conference poster, demonstrating end-to-end ownership from study design through public dissemination.

Led study design and execution, supervised and trained undergraduate research assistants, and coordinated team scheduling to support a high-performing academic research team. Delivered guest lectures and served as the operational hub for day-to-day research activities.

Independently designed, funded, and executed an IRB-approved mixed-methods study on experiential learning in primatological field methods. Coordinated with field sites, managed the project timeline, and produced a complete research report.

Coordinated a cross-national beta initiative across multiple universities, managing participant recruitment, onboarding, and progress reporting for 100+ participants. Identified and resolved data integrity issues across thousands of records by building a centralized codebook and standardizing entry protocols.

Independently designed, executed, and analyzed a behavioral study on abnormal development in nursery-reared rhesus macaques. Presented findings at a conference and completed a formal thesis defense.

Supervised a team of 10–15 lifeguards and managed daily facility operations, including team scheduling, safety protocol enforcement, and incident documentation. Led staff training, conducted performance reviews, and resolved customer complaints while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Designed and delivered courses for up to 290 students across four classes, managing administrative functions including grade disputes, academic records, and student advising. Supported students with graduate school applications and transfer processes.
