What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a program- and grant-focused role where I can coordinate teams, support SMART goals, and strengthen STEM access through compliant budgeting, thoughtful communication, and student-centered events and workshops.

I’ve spent nine years as a Senior Upward Bound Program Coordinator at Seminole State College, coordinating TRIO Blumen work and supporting students through structured programming. With a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Administration, I bring a people-first approach to hiring, facilitating continued support and training for new employees, and supportive supervision toward SMART goals.

I also support grant outcomes by assisting with a supplemental STEM grant and two 5-year cycles of grant renewals—aligning project assessment, evaluation criteria, and budget adjustments to project needs and Federal guidelines. Earlier roles as an Anatomy/Physiology Teacher and Upward Bound staff (including Physics/Integrated Science and ACT/College Prep) strengthened my ability to lead tactfully with agencies, plan events for cultural enrichment, and collaborate with other grant projects to deliver informational workshops.
