I am a product specialist and customer-success professional with a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Finance and hands-on experience across product support, CRM, and supply chain support.

I have worked directly with customers—handling high-volume calls, onboarding, training, and resolving issues—to ensure satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

I co-founded and run an olive oil company where I manage production, labeling, marketing, and all social media, and I have experience coordinating with importers, exporters, and sales teams.

I bring practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, basic data analytics, blockchain/crypto concepts, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset; I am open to relocating for the right opportunity.
